Just a quicky to mention a couple food-related items I came across recently. As a parent who tries to feed my kid as much organics as possible (in fact, we’ve increased the number of organic items we buy since our daughter was born), and is raising my daughter vegetarian because, well, she can’t cook for herself yet, I found these to be of interest…

First, Micheal Stusser decides to go Organic, cold turkey, and shares his experiences in the Seattle Weekly (Thanks, Jason at Strollerderby!)

  1. Dudelet gave us the final push we needed to go organic. We still eat meat but only if we know where it came from. And paying the actuall real cost of a steak kind of cuts down on our meat intake anyway.
